Gilde is a brand name used by the Norwegian meat processing company Nortura on its red meats in Norway. Gilde's branch in Steinkjer produce only pork meat, also is my 2nd warehouse project in Swisslog. I have been onsite to implement and support the changes between November 2006 and March 2007.
（Gilde是挪威肉类加工公司Nortura所使用的红肉生产与销售品牌。Gilde在斯泰恩谢尔分行只生产猪肉。这也是我在瑞仕格的第二仓库项目（从2006年11月至2007年3月之间））。

In order to provide the freshness of produced raw meat to its customer (with the increasing volume and on time), Gilde had a place an order to Swisslog to build an automation frozen (-2 degree celcius) storage an extension to its existing slaughter area.
（为了提供新鲜的生肉产品（在客户的需求量不断增加以及时间安排上），瑞仕格帮Gilde建立一个自动化摄氏零下二度冷冻储存以扩展其现有屠宰区）

This is the first time I have seen the most automated slaughter area!
（这是我第一次看到了自动化程度最高的屠宰场！）

Spot#1（焦点一）: the office, slaughter, and storage area（办公室，屠宰和存储区）



Note: Every staff who enters the slaughter or storage area need to wear the special uniform provided by Gilde from head to toe (the uniform will be cleaned daily))
（每一位进入屠宰和存储区的工作人员，需要从头到脚的穿上Gilde所提供的特别制服（那里会每天清洗穿过的制服））

Note: You need to sterilize your shoe before enter the area...
（你需要消毒您的鞋才进入该地区）

Note: When the work finished at 5pm, the sterilization process will be held in whole area for few hours.
（当工作完成时，大约在下午5点，整个区域将进行数个小时的消毒程序）

Note: In total, we are from 7 (SEVEN! :o) different nations, Swiss, Swedish, Norwegian, Austrian, British, Dutch, and Malaysian. It's really hard to "catch" everyone in the warehouse, I am sorry if I have missed someone here...（有些成员没在这里，非常的对不起）
