My first trip to London was on 19th Apr 2008, saturday morning 6am from Redditch, Birmingham. I went to met a colleague in London first before we enjoyed the tour.

Unfortunately, at the London Euston terminal, I was unable to take the "famous London Circle" underground tube line due to maintenance works. The line is famous for its coverage of almost all London tourist places, and it was "terrorized" in July 2005 before.
（有点不幸的是，由于维修工程，我不能乘搭伦敦最著名的“黄线地铁”。该地铁路线几乎覆盖所有伦敦著名的旅游景点。该地铁曾经在2005年遭遇过恐怖袭击）
Anyway, my collegue & I took the other alternative underground tube lines(Victoria,Central,Bakerloo,Jubilee,Northern&Piccadilly) to visit London in 2 days.

Spot#1（焦点一）: The Buckingham Palace（白金汉宫）
At the first day, we started with Buckingham Palace (walked from Victoria Station), and we watched the Changing of the Guard ceremony with thousands of visitors.
（首先，我们开始去逛白金汉宫（从维多利亚地铁车站出发）。那么我们与成千上万的游客一起目睹了皇宫警卫交接仪式）
Spot#2（焦点二）: The Portobello Road Market at Notting Hill（诺丁山波托贝罗跳蚤市场）
One of London's notable street markets, known for its second-hand clothes and antiques.（这是伦敦其中著名的二手衣服，古董街头市场之一）
It was the setting for the 1999 film Notting Hill, with much of the filming taking place on the street too.（1999年电影Notting Hill的大部分景点都在这里拍摄）
Spot#3（焦点三）: Westminster（伦敦中部景点）
Westminster is an area of Central London. It has a large concentration of London's historic and prestigious landmarks and visitor attractions (The Big Ben, St Margaret's Church, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament)
（那里有许多著名的景点如：伦敦大本钟楼，圣玛格丽特教堂，威斯敏斯特修道院和英国国会议院等等）
Note: We encountered the "I Love China" campaign there in the afternoon. We tried goto Downing Street but unsuccessful due to raining & rushed for the next destinations.
（当天中午那里有由中国留学生发起的“我爱中国”集会。由于下雨加上要赶往下一个目的地，我们就没去到唐宁街）
Spot#4（焦点四）: London Tower Bridge（伦敦塔桥）
Tower Bridge is a combined bascule and suspension bridge in London, England, over the River Thames. It has become an iconic symbol of London.
（伦敦塔桥处在泰晤士河上。它已成为伦敦的象征）
